United States of America is a country where people from all over the world wish to settle to assure their future. A developed nation like USA, is striving to maintain equality within the country. In USA, often white people are considered to be the true Americans. In USA, some people fall in the category of minorities. Broadly speaking, minorities belonging to a social group are often oppressed and stigmatized on the basis of racial, ethnic, biological and other characteristics. They are usually singled out from the society and are subjected to in-equal treatments. Rest of the world also suffers from social injustice, but might be in a different form.  Discrimination is a global problem and extremely prominent especially, in the field of education. It is primarily objected to extract the full potential of minorities for ultimate growth of the nation as a whole.
